Throughout his career, he served as a dedicated teacher, Principal, and City Coordinator for CBSE, leaving an indelible mark on countless students' lives. Recognized for his contributions, he was honoured with the prestigious Shiksha Rattan Award in 2007. Mr. Lal's passion for education extends beyond the classroom as he continues to inspire others as a motivational speaker and educational consultant. With a diverse literary repertoire including science textbooks for classes VI, VII, and VIII, a collection of poetry titled 'Image of my Experiences', and a comprehensive book on Physics Test Series, Mr. Lal's expertise shines through in his latest endeavour, empowering students through "Speeches from the Desk of the Principal."
